Our newly installed Vice Polemarch, Brother Jonathan Silver, is in the vanguard of delivering comprehensive health services, with special emphases in orthopedics.

After graduating from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Brother Silver continued his pursuit of a Masters of Science degree in Health Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After these achievements he followed with a post graduate degree - Physician Assistant - at Howard University.

Brother Silver has served a residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Central, Staten Island, New York in Orthopedic Training. He has been a member of the Orthopedic staff of Stamford Hospital since 1997.

Brother Silver entered the Bond of Kappa Alpha Psi with the Washington, D. C. Alumni in 1989 and is a Life Member.

He has been married to Dr. Olive Osborne-Silver for six years and they are the proud parents of a two year old, Lauryn Olivia. Mrs. Silver is a graduate of Brown University Medical School and is a practicing ophthalmologist.

The Chapter wishes Brother Silver the best in all of his endeavors and takes pride in his assumption of a leadership position in our NOBLE CLAN.
