Cortney W Smith was born on November 21, 1973 in Johnson City, New York.  Cortney graduated from New Rochelle High School in 1991 and continued his education at Hampton University in Hampton Virginia.  At Hampton he volunteered his time mentoring at risk children and  tutoring fellow classmates in various psychology courses.  Cortney left Hampton University with a BA in Psychology in the spring of 1996.  Currently, he is an Advance Service Technician with TD Waterhouse and is study for his brokers license.  Brother Smith entered the bond on October 27, 2000 @ 8:28:45 in Glassboro, New Jersey.  He goes by the name P.O.R. (Persistence Overcomes Resistance) and is number 1 of 2 in Kwiet Storm 2000.

His hobbies include reading, autos/motorcycles, traveling and recreational sports.
