Ceasar Irby, Jr.
 

 

Ceasar Irby Jr. graduated Valedictorian from Kolbe Cathedral High School in Bridgeport, Connecticut. In the fall of 1992, he entered the freshman class at Cornell University, as a Cornell Tradition Fellowship awardee for academics and community service. While an undergraduate biology/pre-medicine student, he conducted biological research at Morehouse College, served as a teaching assistant and was an active participant in all aspects of Cornell campus life. Upon receiving a Bachelors degree, he continued his studies by receiving a Masters' degree in Teaching Biology/Chemistry from Cornell University's Department of Education.

While a graduate student he was awarded a full tuition Carnegie Mellon Teaching Fellowship and was named a Collegiate School Teaching Fellow. He has worked professionally for the City of New Rochelle School District and for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

He is currently in his third year of Medical School at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he holds the position of Vice-President in the New York Chapter of the Student National Podiatric Medical Assocation. Additionally, he has received numerous awards for academic excellence in his basic science training. His hope is to work in diabetic limb salvage and surgery.

A member of Bethesda Baptist Church, New Rochelle, New York, he serves as an Advisor in the Youth ministry, serves on the church personnel committee, and is an active member of the Male Bible Study. Since joining the bond, he as served the chapter as Chapter Vice-Polemarch, Guide Right Chairman, and Lt. Strategus. Additionally, he has served the Northern Eastern Province as Diamond Newsletter Editor.
